Remember, your estate is going to have to straighten out any issues with the deed in court and that gets expensive and time consuming.

Calling them out for a "quote" most likely won't excite them, as they know they're being shopped...Which the consumer has every right to do...however, a lot of us just don't have the leverage over the contractor to call the shots.

As your business grows, it will become more time-consuming and some layers of complexity, but by no means impossible.

The seller opted to do installments rather than pay for them outright. 

I did manage to get an extra 5% off a significant purchase of landscaping blocks from retail, but most of the consumables are already at market price and Lowe's advertises the bulk savings right there at the item sticker for contractors.
