As far forclosure websites go, I'm afraid that the one's I have experienced are all woefully misinformed, and about 2 to 3 months behind, sometimes even reporting a property "going into foreclosure" about six months after it reverted back to the beneficiary!

I really need some consistency from someone who is doing deals right NOW in real time.

Does Florida have what they call a "public report" for pre-sales?

One of the companies we called someone ended up with a copy of the full report he had done that said NO AIR QUALILTY ISSUES.  

I have over 5 on the report now, but only 2 of them are for more than a year.

I am not able to run any new reports.

I would pull your credit report yourself from the three agencies and start shopping around with different loan officers.
