James Maher we're in multiple complexes with pools and what your saying doesn't surprise me.

Years ago I had a town home as a rental unit and the HOA tried to disallow rental units in the complex. 

I figure that no family needs 3 freaking Real Estate agents, so REI seemed like a natural fit since I have always been a jack-of-all-trades kind of guy and am very comfortable with the math and complexity associated with this industry.  

From there I intend to find full time work as a property manager with an apartment complex.  

Looking at working a deal to convert a commercial manufacturing building in to a 25 unit Luxury Apartment complex.

I am going a complete 180 from what I own and diving straight into larger Apartment complex deals through syndication.  

He would be diminished in comparison to his capital contribution.There are some other more complex structures but one of those three would work if there is only two of you.

Hi JD,An important factor which I don't see mentioned is is it a typical home on a typical site or would a complex fee apply.
