The solution that was initially proposed was that friend/business partner would have his 25% equity split bought out of the funds that the 3 equity/capital partners are bringing to close and then he would take 25% of the backend profits.

There is still demand for rentals and sales, though the demand is usually less and the prices are usually lower, and values could be stable or less.

Las terrenas is beautiful and growing as well but for family and short term rentals is an ideal place being that it’s close to la romana, Santo Domingo, miches, bayahibe, and to the airport as well.
