Cass,I wouldn't consider myself an "expert" but I am up for it and have a broker that teaches classes on Short Sales that would be over my shoulder throughout the whole process.

That being said, I understand there are some rehab schools and classes as well.

Once you sign up with NWMLS you will need to take their matrix and listing classes for them to enable your account.

@Brian Hall  you can hold multiple licenses but you must take into consideration you must also pay multiple dues and take class/ exam for each state you hold a license in.
