Cash, business equity, stocks all can be converted into monthly income.

But is there a type of insurance I should get for a small business that does hard surface renovations? 

I'm looking for the lowest entry-point level to generate cash flow and learn the real estate business.

I see the need and a good business if anyone is ambitious.
