I don't know if you are aware of this, that Chris Clothier is relted to that family that runs it and you may have read any of his books in his series of books and blogs have a seriousness reaction form several people that are members.Always remember to do the math analysis on a prospective project and try to look at the place.you are considering.  

I'm big on goal setting both personally and professional so it's been nice to hear that echoed through the BP forums, blogs, and podcasts...which are all excellent by the way.
