Newbie from North NJ

Hello!

My name is Jeff Cannon. I live in Nutley, NJ. I work as a Corporate Accountant for a multinational corporation. I've always been interested in investing, but my wife and I have recently become very interested in real estate investing. Specifically, buy and hold investments in the North NJ area (Hudson and Essex counties).

I've been listening to a bunch of BP podcasts, and I really love the information shared on this site. I'm looking forward to getting to know some local investors!
