I bought a bank owned for half a million.

If you can't withdraw all the funds maybe an option is to withdraw enough for a down payment on a property and use the balance that you can't withdraw as the required reserves needed for the bank underwriter to approve your loan.

They are banking on you being more afraid of having to find a new renter than they are of having to move out.

Recommendations for best "investor friendly" banks in the North Atlanta area? 

Probably is I can’t find the 300,000 banks want to have 20% down.

If you have it tied up, they can just wait for your offer to fail to close and then make a similar offer to what you had.

I wanted to know if anyone in the Charlotte and surrounding areas have had any luck with the BRRR strategy and if so, what bank or lenders did you use for the cash-out/refi? 

I understand it’s pretty much impossible with today’s banking regulations, but just curious if anyone has pulled it off in the last 5-10 years?

I just never done this with a buyer using a bank loan and wanted to know if anyone has successfully used this strategy before.
