Commercial property management companies do it well but with commercial there is less "tenant and toilet" issues and more arrangement of just exterior routine maintenance. 

In my market, wholesalers typically arrange to have one showing time for all investors- maybe a two hour period.

I plan to pay the loan off in under a year if not sooner by paying over the arranged amount so that it goes direct to principal(at least that's the idea).

You would pay him his interest owed at refinance stage.

What that means AFTER my owner-occupied stage is that the property is breaking even at 25% vacancy!

I was in my 20s of course, where losing it all doesn't mean as much as it does now... just being honest.I don't live in a mansion, but i am pondering if I would sacrifice or put it at risk, at this stage in my career, to put it all at risk... but with the potential to get me to the NEXT level or wealth t success.
