Murphy exemption" (web search it).Your best bet is to consult a local attorney whom can advise you of your options ("reasonable accommodation" if another tenant in the building is highly allergic, lying on application to disqualify, etc.)Unfortunately, most ESA letters are scams, which marginalizes the legitimate folks.

I have not look at PIP's track record but there is google things that say PIP scam.. not sure what that is what I heard is they sell a bunch of tax certs that end of being worthless again just what I heard on BP.. not making accusations so please don't sue me for slander.. its just what I heard..

Anchor is for real. if you qualify and your property qualifies they are a for real lender.Just like in your neck of the woodsVisio is very good I get payoffs from themLima one I get payoffs from themLending home sometimes I get payoffs but they are for real.Lendingone is for real.Peak in KC is for real.Conventus in SF is for realand of course NOrris in Socal is for real.etc etc..I just hate to see these folks get scammed by the fake lenders and get ripped of for the 500 bucks or so these fake lenders try to get out of people.. offering terms that don't exist and the borrowers are too green to know they are not real..
