I've seen mixed feelings of selling when people do or do not want to inherit tenants so I was looking for some opinions on the following:  - Sell now figuring remodel will be done upon closing allowing the new owner to pick tenant  - Wait to sell until renter is in place and advertise as a "turn key with renters in place"The complex has been professionally managed and I'm thinking sale price would be about $220k.Thanks!

We are 7 months into our investing journey with little to no income to speak of from our properties and it is getting very frustrating to keep floating them along month after month out of our own pockets.we are using a company called ASAM to manage our rentals and they do not seem to advertise very well so i am also wondering if there are other management companies in the Saginaw/ Bay City area that people have had luck with?
