Wholesaling Land Information needed from experienced Investors

I need some input on Wholesaling land. How do you price it and how do you market it out and where are the best places to market land and to whom? What do you include in your advertisement when you market it out? Any insight would be GREATLY appreciated. I know land is kind of tricky. Thank you
