I have followed the PodCasts for several months.There is much to learn and an abundance of knowledge here that I must find and act on.People who are active on this forum, and actually doing deals are who have the advice I seek.

Now we are looking to take a more business focused approach and we are actively engaged in looking for cash-flow properties from long-term rentals in Granada.

I know he has a book but I haven’t read it .Starting with 100k cash and ending up with millions in 30 years would not be too difficult even with passive investments especially if you are reinvesting or letting it compound .Something more active like flipping or doing value add deals and then selling them of course could get one there a lot quicker .

@Sean Dawson, I'm a note investor and I would suggest you get active on the various Facebook groups where note investors gather.

She never admitted to me, but the writing was on the wall with all the activities that came with it.  

Meetup.com has several local groups and there are 3-4 active REIA groups.   

@David Torres is an active and well known wholesaler in the area.

@Kole Kingslien Use QBO Plus, activate the Class tracking, then set up each property as a class.

That Robinhood account roughly makes 1-1.5 k a month which is my active trading.

I think the main thing is you want someone who is actively investing themselves vs. just "working with investors".Would be happy to chat offline.Jacob
