Want to focus on a particular area, southern Ohio is at the top of my list right now, so I can develop a core group of contacts who are local and can be the boots on the ground.

The market in southern maine and maybe the state as a whole is rapidly changing for your target customer.

It is more affordable then some southern cities and it has lots to offer, but there is also plenty of cons.

I also know a few investors who focus on the southern part of the state, Janesville and Beloit area.

There a re a decent amount of emerging neighborhoods around them like Southern Orchards, Old Oaks and Olde Towne East.

Looking to build teams across the country but decided to start in southern Florida to start and looking to get the ball rolling.
