Mentors/ Business Partners Out of State In Southern Florida

I live in Canada and am breaking into the Florida investing market. While I am in contact with an agent giving me properties and have other means of finding deals, I need advice or business partners to help me look at properties before wholesaling or putting under contract. How do I find these people or are there any reading this looking for this in Florida. Looking to build teams across the country but decided to start in southern Florida to start and looking to get the ball rolling. Any advice on who or where I could find a mentor or business partner to be a team leader??
