The main problem I see with the mass CA exodus into an area is that many of them move to an area to get the low cost of living, then they want to bring along all of their social programming and drive up the cost of living where they move to.BTW, I am a born and raised CA person.

Imho, Manchester has a whole bunch more of social stuff to do than Nashua (I live in Nashua) The closer you get to the Mass state line, the rental rates and demand are better for investors.

@Matt Ballenger thanks and you are correct -- I think information is key and I'm not one of those instagram investors (apologies to those who are) -- it seems like some of them are always on there talking about how great and wonderful things are, but like most things on social media, we only see the "successes", not the build-up of what it takes to be successful.
