Hello I am newbie investor from Central Florida area where I own kitchen and bath remodeling company for last 15 years. I do many remodeling work for clients and investors and have won awards (you can see my work on various social media pages of our company). Looking to partner with an investor/private money lender for flipping properties. I have joined local REIA group which is very educational. Flipped my first investment recently. With having my own workers/installers to do remodeling I feel there is lot of potential in flipping. Thank you in advance for all the help that I can get.
