Patience is a good thing as long as you know you will pull the trigger once you find the deal.Over 25-30 years most deals will cash flow at some point, but why wait 3 years when you can just spend more time looking for one that is positive from day one!

Real estate knowledge in General I have Learned that knowledge is power as long as you use it .please feel free to respond below and I am super excited to know anything you guys have to teach me about whole selling in the atlanta area I do have questions so for my first two:1. is it easier to do bandit signs in atlanta and have a 1 800 number to pull in your properties or should another course of action be taken to find properties with motivated sellers?
