BTW, I'm a very satisfied PIG member - I've learned a tremendous amount via the mentoring, networking, and 1 road trip I've attended so far.

Asked me how much it usually is, then asked me if I could share the names of private lenders I use in that area so he could do more deals right in my area.I politely said no, to which he called me the A&& word.That is not how you network.

We met her at a networking event and discovered she wants to purchase 6 properties to rent this year.

I am looking to meet and network with as many investors around the US as I can.

If you want to get into the hotel business you need to immerse yourself in it and network within the small community.Most if not all hotel deals in the US (especially CA) over 10MM are sold privately within the network of seasoned deal makers.

Long story short I found myself here on Long Island and am finishing up my RE License and am starting to network now.
