I WOULD ADVISE ANY LOAN OFFICERS CONSIDERING EMPLOYMENT WITH SHERMAN BRIDGE ---DON'T DO IT!

I'm looking at a few industrial and office buildings that look very interesting but the owner doesn't have much in the way of a P&L.

We are currently evaluating a multistory office building that was built in the mid 60's.

Go to the assessor's website, go to the county records office, buy a service on line that gives you property detail information.

What do you find via the county recorder's office?

Reference the Bexar county property, I suspect that it will have to go through the auction process before the Tax office would entertain a discount in the taxes owed.

The location is great, although it's not visible from the street, inside of an apartment/office building complex.Appreciate any thoughts from the community as this is my first post.

I am about to replace a 1950 gravity gas heater with a modern unit, add c/a and do a little basement duct work to a unit all for $5,800.Around here (Delaware County, PA - near Phila), a "3Br, 1Ba, unfinished basement and no c/a" is the "base unit" for the row homes I buy. 

Furthermore, I thought that this would be public information, since I'm only asking for what is freely available on the web already--except I'm asking for a single giant spreadsheet, instead of just a handful of records at a time (on the web, most assessor's allow you to search, but you can only get a few dozen results at at time).However, so far I haven't had any luck with getting this information from the assessor's offices.

There are some that are currently rented out even now.There is a beautiful 3/2 6000 sq ft home that sits on a hill, and you can see it from the Highway.Also a 2/1 living quarters with a private office, is inside the barn.It does have 2 Show areas, with a judge tower and spectator seating as well.As you can see, there are quite a few streams of income for an investment property.
