I grew up in an area like this and I’m prettt sure the rental market there is pretty good

I grew up in Iowa, and had always wanted to move out West.

The area has improved a lot, I grew up in LA and I think it's a far cry from the 80's or early 90's.

We both grew up in the KC area and most of our family still reside there so it seems logical that we start our investing career there.The more I learn, the more I realize how important it is to find your niche before you jump into your first deal.

I grew up in Canby, hoping to talk my wife into moving around that area.

As Someone who grew up in Long Island, I know RE prices are crazy.

I grew up in Woodbridge and still have family living in the Lake Ridge area.   

I'm pretty familiar with the lakes region, I live in New Hampton (near Meredith and Laconia) and have been here 10 years, and in NH most of my life (grew up near the seacoast). 

Like I said, I grew up there.

I grew up in Highland, IN (NWI), graduated from Ball State University, lived in Indianapolis for a few years, and now reside in Jasper, IN with my family.
