I don't know those areas personally, but I can tell you that everything around me (Charlotte Metro), is exploding. 

One tenant keeps sending me pics of them or their cars.

However, maintenance is killing me.

Let me explain that: plan your rehab to change the things that are going to add the most value to a property, such as adding a bathroom or a bedroom, making a little expansion.

I always need to be busy so the "extra layers" that asset has is interesting to me and the value I can create is amazing.I like to keep busy if you can't tell.
