I have a huge Maple tree in the back yard of my first SFH.  Does anyone have any recommendation of someone that can come and trim it down?

If you are switching tenant types what kind of Tenant Improvement costs are you looking at to get it ready for them?

I suppose I can be more transparent, the industry is more of a hospitality/service type.

@Matthew CopelandTax Liens and Crowd Funding are pretty much the best options for a smaller account.Most investors will work within the standard financial services space to grow their savings and then switch to a self-directed account once they have the type of funding necessary to participate in more significant non-traditional assets such as real estate and notes.

I've never had to file a claim, but I have had good prices and service so far from Travelers insurance. 

I would never ever pay for a service, I do not believe they can analyze the nuances that I can.

Yeah, I'm stuck on choosing for long term, which we fully intend to develop with other services that we currently offer, and will be able to offer in the long run, and the quick and dirty easy to remember name.
