I have also heard the quickest way is to be a multimillionaire and then own a race team. 

From there on, I was convinced that Real Estate was my ticket to live the life that I wanted to live and to eventually escape the "rat race". 

Early one a divorce wiped me out financially; I was left with a nice home I could not sell, a new house/horse farm that was not drywalled yet and I could not move in, the construction debt from the work and a huge monthly payment to my ex to support her lifestyle in CA.

It sounds like you are the one with the race/bigotry issue.

Make a policy that is identical for RACE as it is to AGE, SEXUAL PREFERENCE, LAWFUL OCCUPATION... etc. 

I love your delivery as well, just stating how it is based on your (immense) experience, no ego involved, never looking down from your high horse even though you're on the highest horse, when it comes to wisdom you dispense on here it's truly invaluable.
