R.I.P. to all the horses that have been beaten to death over the turnkey issue

The big tech companies have an un-godly amount of cash reserves, and they're engaged in a vicious employee-arms-race with each other.

It is a long race of building lifetime wealth, not a get rich quick “scheme”.

., I can’t vote, so I don’t have a “dog in this race”.

One being is their value on security, the same rat race that everyone hates is the same system that makes them feel secure.

You would be off to the races at this point.

Of course, things were much worse than initially thought and people raced to sell of the remainder of their equities and banks that invested heavily in these ABS's were facing huge losses...not only for them but also for the intricate network of other domestic and Eurodollar products that were derived from them.

I don’t want to be in a race to outrun that hoping that appreciation and rent increases can dig me out of the hole.  

This is a marathon not a sprint and it sounds like you are already in the race.
