As an investor, you have to understand the art of nurturing each person and component along the process otherwise when you assume that it is in the bank, that's when you have problems.To any newbie out there, if your strengths is dealing with sellers, go for it, if your forte is buyers then it can make the transaction a whole lot easier than trying to find a buyer when the clock is ticking down.

I will be looking to partner up with someone with experience in the rehabbing side as that is not my forte.
