New guy from Severna park md

hello everyone

My name is Tim from Severna park md I currently own 1 rental property (condo) . I would like to start rehabbing distressed homes for quick turn around also would like to get into land development and home building . I am a master plumber by trade been in constuction for 13 yrs i have been envolved in 20 rehabs as a tradesmen . I would like to partner with other Maryland investors to get few deals under my belt. I have working relationships with other contractors and of course plumbing so I think I am on the right track . Looking forward to learning a lot from the forums thanks.
