Nice folks, and tons of deals and opportunities being traded around.

So for folks who aren't that, put them at Nursing Station 37, a "it's nice to have someone here, but operations aren't crippled if someone isn't here."

You will also learn management and maintenance or at least build up a reliable source of folks to trust for those endeavors.

Are you getting a good enough deal where you're willing to move into the 1st floor unit and deal with the 2nd floor folks you originally wanted gone?

I'd recommend setting up your keyword alerts in your settings so you can be notified about posts that mention your investment market or team building within that market.Additionally, most areas have groups for investors on Facebook or other social media platforms as well - get to know folks in that market and see recommendations, and connect to buying lists.Best of luck to you!
