I found American Modern to be very good for many years.

It need to look more modern and still missing a lot of the tools a sponsor would need.

Tenants are almost shocked by how great the unit looks (relative of course, to the market there..)Cut the old pieces in a staggered fashion, so they don't all end at the same place.

If it's an older house (pre-1950) then, imo, the goal is to capture the character and soul of the old house and blend it with modern amenities.

Like I said, I've put a lot of work into it to update it and modernize the interior.

We completely redid the house and added modern touches and a gorgeous kitchen with custom cabinets.

I have looked at the nearby listings, and think while we are not luxury or a huge cabin, a unique higher-end stay perhaps, offering EV charger, hot tub, and more modern finishes, other nightly rates seem higher than Airdna for sure.

The 1 year history shouldn't be a deal breaker, assuming other factors are in line and can be shown, in some fashion.
