Great starting point, however own and live in Maine close to family.

I currently reside in Turkey, but approximately 28 years ago, I was living in Long Island, NY.

I am looking for cashflow  - no really flip and fix market .Looking for person/agent/team   who is expert in the market can guide in securing the first  two deal .I am open to consider the single family house and multifamily apartment building 

Most had mom and dad, and 2-3 kids and their families and grandkids living in the same house. 

I am sending mailers, but would rather not list my personal residence or use a PO box.

In most places you can only do work requiring a building permit if it is your primary residence or unless you are a licensed and insured contractor. 

I work with investors wanting to invest out of CA but wanting to stay a bit closer to CA due to their jobs, family or other ties to the state. 

 Have both of the homes been rentals the entire time you owned them or was one of the homes your primary residence at some point? 

I am 25 years old and own a duplex and one single family home that I currently live in.
