The traditional way is to pass them off to the tenant but I wouldn't be surprised if Fairbanks tenants are wary of that practice as a group.

To further what @Sam Leon was saying, you could also distribute your 401k to a traditional IRA and from there transfer a set amount of funds to an SDIRA.

Basically they are rejecting more customers than they have traditionally because for our intended purposes it's considered marketing, which is not a permissible use of their data.

As far as the units go, anything with 5-8 units we would more or less come in with all cash so we wouldn’t have to deal with the financing aspect, while with the 3-4’s we possibly would go the more traditional route with a residential loan.

A traditional mortgage is not an option as I had a student loan get called due while I was still in school that I wasn't aware of and posted negatively on my credit.
