I have a few accounts, cell phone etc.

We live in an area that is changing for the better but we still have the occasional disturbance; not only do my wife and I call separately from our cell phones but we text neighbors and tenants to call the police at the same time too.

I can see 10k for one on one with complete paperwork and cell phone contacts because of the time (one year) the other person is putting in and the deals they are not able to do with that time.

it was a rental... got it up and running got it rented... then went to collect rent himself got into an argument with the baby daddy  and that dude shot him dead... end of his dream of buying low valued US assets..... for most doing what you did in those area's is very very dangerous as to be mortally dangerous. when I worked Detroit.. the PM's office had bullet proof glass and rent was passed through a draw like  food is served in a prison cell... they never went to collect rent in person. 

There are 2 newer magnet / charter schools located right there, one of which is extremely progressive, technology based and is really cool.  

I've never professed to "know it all" but becoming a Forum Addict has shown me exactly how little I really knew about property management technology, legal entities, risk management, asset protection, hard money lending, private money, portfolio loans and on and on and on.

One parcel Verizon and Sprint leased part of the land for their cell towers.
