In other words, if the tenant is "not available" and won't give permission for someone to go insdie their unit that is usually a yellow flag. not a deal breaker,...but it can certainly make a number of people "pause".

These things are all red flags I know will be raised in the next step with the FHA inspection.Main concern really are these tenants, if I can’t move them out, I can’t:a) get full rent to make mortgage b) I can’t move in myself under the FHA 203K rulesc) obviously not address the major issues properly?

Title company escrowed 2x the anticipated amount needed, so the incentive to the seller to actually follow through is to get the balance of their money back (about $8k), but the contract also states that if the seller does not pursue the riparian grant for whatever reason, the title company can use the excess escrowed money to legally enforce them to do so.I feel okay about it, I think, as this seems fairly common in this part of NJ, but any other red flags here I might be missing?
