Better to plant a tree in a forest where you can understand the basic information of the forest - such as type of trees, weeds, potential land grabs and lumbering operations, etc.

I got my own foundation expert to crawl into the crawl space, it’s a post and beam foundation, and my expert said that since we have such cold winters the ground had been shifting beneath the building.

My short-term produces about 50% more than it would as a long-term and I still get to use it mysef during the winter or block time off for friends and family.

It seems my assumption that mobile home park investors/owners would actually see the forest, including the trees in regards to incorporating tiny homes.

I have leased in the winter, fall, spring and summer.

I try to gently let tenants know that each fall/winter, in an really old graystone, there are probably going to be some occasional incursions.
