Funny how emotions can warp our perceptions of an investment.   

@Justin Peila service animal is different than an emotional support animal.

Also, many tenants renting in D areas may have severe  mental or emotional challenges.

Especially someone who is experienced with the emotional aspects of it all.

I have a no pet policy for my units, but one of my tenants worked around this by making her cat an Emotional Support Animal.

I read your entire thread and was able to relate to a lot of your emotions, ups and downs, throughout the process.... 

Honestly it was a strong offer but  not the best and we took a chance with at them We had more of an emotional connection with them even though we had never met them.

I told myself back in 2001 that I would never ever let a tenant get me emotional nor upset.
