Purchase price: $10,188,000 Cash invested: $50,000 110 total apartment units in three complexes within Walterboro and Georgetown, SC.

I've been researching companies that have a business plan around crowdfunding, such as Fundrise, Realtymogul, and Arrived.

I am in the process of settlement on my 1st property in 1 week. i have a 5% down conv loan thru a credit union bank. this a duplex and is a row house. i plan to live in one unit and rent out the other. the seller is also selling the duplex property next to it.

, and don't know what could be a scam, etc.

I started a new build in 2021, and after three years had to fire my builder because it wasn't yet complete.

Just wanted thoughts and opinions on this property & deal.

I saw the pitch and know the area. 

I did my due diligence with researching GROUNDFLOOR, the investment property, and the details surrounding the loan.
