In my opinion, it’s unfortunate and it sucks that Vegas is hit so hard as I know a lot of people that are struggling and have lost their jobs.

She does have a point that there’s just too much of those trends being done for them to last much longer (unfortunately for most of the new-builds here in Boulder, and entire neighborhoods in Denver (looking at you RiNo and Highlands) that consist almost entirely of these two styles).

You essentially hire AirBnB to market your rental and they start acting like they own it.All because of a virus with a 99.9% survival rate, but that's for another thread.That is because unfortunately they do own it.

Many unfortunate commercial REITs will potentially end up in bankruptcy because their business models can' t survive the trump flu. 

However, the home has some unfortunate history with it (not going to spell that out here but previous owner died there).
