As a neighbor to the north, I do love CO springs, but not the traffic along I-25 through there!

Riverview is cheaper and having traffic problems for people trying to get to work, even to get to Brandon in the mornings.

It's "ordinary" to have some traffic patterns in carpet or light staining but it is not "ordinary" to have animal stains in 15 spots.It takes some time but you should learn quickly what is ordinary and what is not.

So, @Matt Silverstone I’m not sure that the reason for your low traffic and bookings is because of that.

The only allowance they allow is the addition of mother-daughter units where you actually have elderly parents or relatives moving in, and as you guess it, does not cause overcrowding in the local schools, or add much to local traffic, another pet peeve.

However, the exterior seems to be in good shape, it looks like there's good flow of traffic, and the interior looks generally nice, besides having to replace the tile flooring.

I was spending most of my time in traffic, whether it was for work or to drive to the mountains to play.

One moved out, which made the yard less congested.  

With that many cars going past daily, I'm hoping to get a strong list of potential customers just based on the car traffic.

Condition, traffic noise, school district, etc.
