The fact that so many people had basically no clue about money at all is what's really sad, you all read this horrible book - and it was the first time you got the concept of 'saving money gives you power and freedom' or 'money is a tool' ?

Also, since he started the work, the expenses have been minor so far (lead encapsulation paint, metal trim coverings for inside windows, tools to do it, etc.)

In some states it's a huge plus because you have MLS, tax records, etc at your finger tips.

A few tips..You can tag people by typing @ before you type their name, then clicking their name when it pops up at the bottom of the message box.
