Some crime but not terrible. 

I know several investors that also are good workers but just have terrible credit - they are always struggling.  

That means it would take you over 8 years to recover your costs (that's when you start profit),...which is terrible. 

You have no parking , if they have kids the schools are terrible unless you go private .
