I wasn't sure if a regular nail gun was used or if it was something special.I talked to a guy at the builder supply store today, and he confirmed a regular coil nailer is used with "stiff stock" 1 1/2" nails.

I also get a 10% discount at HD/Lowes.My RE Agent supplied me with 11 COMPS but out of the 11 I only found 2 to be +/- 500sf, 10 years of construction and 1 br/baOf the two relative COMPS the sold price mean was $294,900 (I know that I need to pull more COMPS but it's a start) I'd be happy with $250,000 ARVMy question is does this property have good sweat equity potential?

Suppose if you have Stevie Wonder doing it, maybe.Disconnect output hose, turn water off at sink, remove water supply hose, pull out dishwasher, disconnect from mains, connect new one to leccy, water and waste, push back in, put dishes in, turn on, job done.How on earth do you spend more than say 30 minutes?
