There's one next street over that is currently on the market for $220k.  

This speeds things up, you learn over timeDo your best to throw ballpark figures in with pictures, street view, etc.

I think that is why its important to buy assets that have street frontage, hopefully on a busy street.

If it was me, I'd take a trip and hit the streets once I knew where I was looking.

.- Two are single-family houses basically across the street from my house.- One is a single-family house about 6 blocks from my house.It just wouldn't make sense for me to hand over management to a company. 

I've already had quite a few people approach me just from walking down the street in the neighborhood and telling me their interested in renting. 

You take hundreds of risks a day by walking down the street and driving in a car.
