5 things to look for in a new agent:1) An Insurance Broker whose licensed in any state you hope to invest in (preferably all 50)2) A broker who specializes in working with investors3) Ask what their on-boarding and renewal processes look like. . . if they stumble or don't seem to have processes in place, move on4) Talk to them about their current clients (specifically with the same size of portfolio)5) Talk to them about your goals as an investor and what their capacity is to potentially help you.

The big correction is not long enough in the making to truly know, but in general I would say retail and office have probably slowed down at least temporarily.As for how to find buyers, you easiest way is to find a broker that specializes in the type of property you have and ask them to list it.

You can do this by networking with others in the industry such as mobile home park managers and/or owners, mobile home dealerships, local mobile home supply stores, contractors who specialize in working on mobile homes, talking to other investors who invest in mobile homes in your area, and talking to residents who own and rent mobile homes in the area.
