@Corey Hajduk I was going to do the same thing, but at the top of each thread there is a button, "Monitor Topic", that allows you to be alerted if anyone posts to the thread.

If you spray common surface mold with a bleach and water solution, it will start to disappear after a few minutes (no scrubbing). 

I really like the solution that @Joseph Ball offered however that is sort of like hunting for unicorns with two horns. 

We are comfortable going into depressed areas and being part of the solution by buying homes and keeping them updated and occupied with clean and responsible tenants.

As much as wireless is touted as a great solution, wired is still preferred due to packet loss with wireless particularly with video.

If you participate in the class action you'll surely get at least as good of a credit monitoring service + likely monetary damages, I would not recommend signing up for this BS website setup by Equifax but if you even check if you're affected you will be removed from the class.

Often times the to do lists for the contractor is in the 40-80 item range, and even with a good PM its impossible to monitor everything perfectly, and I have caught some items here or there that were either not done at all or half assed.
