This will make some things annoying as you won't be able to apply for new loans/ccs without "unfreezing" the report, but it will stop 90% of the fraudulent activity in its tracks.The FTC has all the info and links for you: http://www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/0497-credit-f...Make sure to do it at all 3 (Experian, transunion, equifax)Also, have the attorney pay for a credit monitoring service, and tell him he's going to have to reimburse you for time lost.

If you spray common surface mold with a bleach and water solution, it will start to disappear after a few minutes (no scrubbing).

If you participate in the class action you'll surely get at least as good of a credit monitoring service + likely monetary damages, I would not recommend signing up for this BS website setup by Equifax but if you even check if you're affected you will be removed from the class.

Often times the to do lists for the contractor is in the 40-80 item range, and even with a good PM its impossible to monitor everything perfectly, and I have caught some items here or there that were either not done at all or half assed.
