I am a young software engineer in a pretty high cost of living area in CO (I make about $150k a year, no debt, excellent credit, but not much savings yet). 

Are there any pieces of software that put some of the general property upkeep on a kind of auto-pilot (e.g. replacing fire extinguishers annually, replacing dated HVAC units, etc)? 

I've been offered a course at $1250 which may contain software geared toward Customer Relationships.

Wondering if their screening software is effective, and if the payments and other software is easy to use and organized.

I understand the desire for instant transfer but the system is a lot larger than us real estate software companies.

QuickBooks and other accounting software helps out tremendously in this respect.For rentals that will be reported on your 1040, Excel is fine.

We previously worked for a property management software so are experts in the industry in terms of management, however, could always use tips and tricks for marketing.
