I enjoyed it so much that I think that whenever I travel I will try to arrange a meeting with a local investor to share some time and ideas.

I've had an issue with one tenant complaining of mold on the walls in 1 room, but then upon moving out figured out they were using that that room as the smoke room and in the summer would leave the windows open when they smoked to try and air out the room.

Inside the premises we find damage from their burning candles for light (electricity turned off by power company for non-payment), smoke detectors dismantled, broken window, etc.
