I don't think we will ever have enough "doors" to replace an income in this time frame, but we would like to get to 5 doors in the next 5 years which we would sell in 10-15 years to help supplement our retirement income.  

I want to keep my insurance carrier.

My tenant wants to buy my house through a lease to own or seller financing deal.

It will likely be good long term due to proximity to DFW area, growth that direction and a diversified economy.

Has anybody sold a property owner to owner (owner financing)?

I switched to full-time flipping (from a full-time GC) and almost ALL my deals are on the MLS and do not meet the 70% rule (gasp)...here is what I do and my thoughts:First, spend effort on meeting a lot of general contractors.
