You may end up not pursuing the deal, but it's better to blow some funds and find a problem big enough to make you walk from the property than go in with rose colored glasses and end up in a bad situation.

How they look is more important, they need to match each other in color, and obviously stainless steel is 'in' right now.The only exception would be if this is a high-end area where all your competition is using GE.
