What type of flooring do you recommend for a Class B-C property? Any product you guys like to commonly use?

If the building has hardwood that's in decent shape, I'll sand it and stain it. It only costs a little more than laminate but looks much nicer. If that's not an option I'll do laminate because it's easy and looks decent. I don't do carpet but that's more of a preference. Bathrooms always get tile floor and usually kitchens.
