The truth is, you could read 100 books and still not know enough because certain things need to be learned through trial-and-error.

It takes me to an error page. 

(We’re Assuming it’s way high as 10% would be easily within the normal margin of error.)Put yourself in the seller’s shoes.

This turned out to be a mapping error of some kind. 

However, there are much harder thing to identify such as errors in the legal description of the property, or clouds on the title.
